Early production grooved fore arm stock.
27" barrel has beautiful, crisp, clean, shiny bore and rifling.
Great wood and metal finishes, with just the right amount patina, minor nicks and handling marks for a nearly 100 year old rifle.
Light rust on chrome bolt handle, typical of the breed.
Handsome walnut stock, has particularly nice figure. No cracks.
(dark spot at toe of stock is just an unfortunate dark bit of sapwood, NOT a repair)
Original factory butt plate with fire blue screws.
Proper sights front and rear (silver dot front) and sight hood.
A neat little rifle in great shape, ready to shoot!
