Description:
An intriguing 1891 dated Martini carbine upgraded to .303 cal. but not safe to shoot. This is being sold as a project gun of for parts. . Most likely narive chaged barrel to .303 cal however the receivr is dated as black powder. Measuring about 36+" omg wigh a 21" barrel with a bore dark and crudy. The  proofs on top pf the barrel look like English but native made. Good markings on the side of the receiver : V.R Enfield 1891 A.C. wood looks good and the butt-stock has round plate of military unit. Pull the lever down and snaps up into the frame but trigger doesn't release the hammer and the right side safety lever doesn;t move . Statement required that gu will not be loaded with .303 and fired. thanks..When buying a gun always have it examined by a competent gunsmith  before  shooting. To buy a gun from me you must get a direct email for me, with details, and shipping cost.   We don’t have a web  site .I prefer money orders or a check.  Item ships when funds come in. I try to keep guns  affordable, which means I make less money than most dealers. You won’t get altitude sickness, or nose bleed, with my prices! I consistently have the best selection of  older guns If you attempt to buy,  you must still contact us for details . Best to email to buy. Sometimes a local person can stop buy and purchase before the gun is removed.  Sometimes not home to get calls. Some guns are required shipment to a gun dealer near you for a transfer to you when it arrives. Otherwise many older or black powder guns ship to your door. With the widest selection of older guns at great prices, We don’t have a store, and sell on the internet only.  I’m easy to get along with. Thank You
