Description:
Here is a gorgeous masterpiece that was engraved by master engraver Clinton Finley out of Shasta County, CA. This is a beautiful Winchester model 42 pump action shotgun that was built in 1950. Chambered in .410 GA with a 28 inch barrel and 3 inch chamber. The stock and fore end are absolutely marvelous looking in custom checkered English Walnut with nice dark swirl patterns. The barrel has a vented rib that was professionally installed by Simmons Custom Gun Works with a fiber optic front sight. The bore looks very minty and shiny and has a fixed full choke. The engraving was done with multiple shades of gold and is very intricately detailed which is what you would expect from Clint Finley whom is one of the best engravers in the country! This gorgeous shotgun works just as well as it looks and would make an excellent heirloom. Length of pull to the factory Winchester butt plate is about 13.25 inches.
