About Us: I am a longtime NRA Life Member. I am also a Charter Member of my gun club (SGC) Scottsdale Gun Club, of Scottsdale, AZ, which does all my firearm transfers and shipping. SALE PENDING. $595.00 or best offer. This is a listing for a very special rifle, an excellent conditioned and very scarce NAVY ARMS CORP. (N.A.C.) MAUSER 98K TYPE .22LR TRAINING RIFLE, MODEL TU-33/40. The rifle was made by NORINCO in the 1990's and banned for import in the 1990's era. The rifle serial number is: 9302504 and the bolt is matching number (2504). These rifles are a quality built firearm and uses the 5 shot bolt action modelled after the highly successful CZ BRNO post-WW2 rimfire rifles. This rifle feautures twin extractors, which is a big improvement over the pre-war German Mauser .22 rifles that only used a very weak single extractor that is prone to break, I know, as I used to collect the old Mauser .22 rifles. My rifle also feautures a very nice 4X20mm compact scope with 1/2" click adjustments for elevation and windage and has the very rare WW2 GERMAN SNIPER style reticle, vertical post with horizontal side bars, the scope is in nice condition with clear optics-see photo. My rifle barrel has an excellent bright and shiny bore-see photo. My rifle is a pre-owned gently used firearm that is very accurate. My rifle has special scope mounts that allow a shooter to use the open sights without removing the scope. My rifle also includes a new, old stock Factory 5 shot extra magazine in the original package-see photo. My rifle includes a very well made WW2 style leather sling, but, is not the original Factory sling-see photos. The scope comes with rubber lens covers (no photo). I have fired this rifle on numerous occassions, so, it is a well proven firearm. Why buy a gun from a seller who has never even fired the gun? A good original German made .22 training rifle will cost you $1500 and more. Buy my rifle for under $600 and get a well made and accurate rifle and save! Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to know if they are legally allowed to buy and own this firearm in their City, local, and State. All sales and all shipping to the lower 47 States only (no sales to Calif.). Please note that the 3 day inspection and return is not for disassembly or firing of the gun. If the FFL transfer is not completed or if the buyer returns the gun, the buyer's refund will be reduced by all seller's expenses and the buyer will lose their original shipping cost as well. Also note that if buyer returns the gun to the seller, the gun must be shipped back to the seller by the same exact shipping service.
