Description:
Manufactured in 1928 on the desirable 000 frame, 2 1/2 inch chambers with single extractor, and choke constrictions of .010/.009 inches (modified/modified). The above configuration is confirmed on page 564 of "Parker Gun Identification and Serialization" by Price and Fjestad. According to the chart on page 258 of "The Parker Story" by Gunther, Mullins, Parker, Price, and Cote, only 463 guns were ever built with this combination of barrel length and gauge, making this quite a rare gun. Stock measurements: 1 3/8 inch drop at comb; 2 1/4 inch drop at heel; 14 3/8 inch length of pull; weight 6 lbs 2 oz.
