Description:
This is a real clean 1955 Winchester model 62A that chambers the 22 cal. cartdrige in S,L,LR. The original blue finish would rate 95% on the receiver, and 98% on the other surfaces. The script, proof marks, and S/N are all crisp and clear. The bore in the 23" barrel is in excellent shape, bright with strong rifling. The walnut stocks are free of cracks or repairs, and display a real nice original finish with the original butt plate intact. Gun takes down and reassembles easily.
