Unless otherwise stated, our guns are not test fired as we have no facility for that. We inspect the firearm and it's action to see if everything appears functional but they are sold without warranty. Unless the item is listed as being sold AS-IS, there is a 3 Day Non-Shooting Inspection Period which starts when the item arrives at your dealer. No shooting, no disassembly. Visual inspection only to confirm correct item and that it matches description in major ways. Minor differences in subjective matters like percent of condition, etc, and personal opinions like ergonomics, fit to your hand or shoulder, etc, do not justify returns. Once you take the item home it is yours and no returns will be allowed. Items listed with AS-IS label are not returnable. We will not issue refunds for unknown mechanical problems. We do not refund original or return shipping if an item is returned. We do not refund transfer fees or credit card fees. Due to high shipping costs we do not ship handguns to C&R licensees.

Here is an absolutely beautiful Ruger 77/17 chambered in 17 HMR. This rifle was custom stocked with a gorgeaous walnut stock with incredible figure. The rifle is in excellent shape with one minor issue. The butt pad stuck to the case it was in and shows deformation. An easy fix. The stock has rose wood grip cap and nose, fine hand cut checkering and an excellent finish. Prettiest Ruger 77 I have ever seen. Includes Ruger rings. The stock alone is worth $2000.
