About Us: Many handguns from my dad's estate, most of them collectable type

Description:
This is from my Dad's estate. He collected many old Colt's and handguns in general. I have the task of liquidating the estate.  I am not a gun guy, and that being said, please ask all the questions you like, or request more photos, I am happy to oblige. According to Colt serial number look-up it was made in 1950.It 's serial number (853LW) indicates it was in the first 1000 produced. It is in very nice condition for a 70+ year old gun with some light blemishes and marks from use. An uneducated guess is bluing is 80 to 85%+- Please see the pictures for a more accurate condition.  But please......do this before purchasing it. I don't want an unhappy customer.
Shipping will be $40, and only shipped where it is legal to do so, it is up to you to know your state and local laws

PLEASE...I am not able to take credit cards, I accept USPS money orders (fastest), certified checks, cash in person, or personal checks (could take 10 days to clear) I ship USPS priority Through my FFL to your FFL only. C+R is ok for this gun
Thank you,
Rick
