Description:
SOLD Original Dan Lefever, made in Syracuse NY in 1892. E Grade with beautiful engraving. Barrels at this time in Lefever's history were imported from Europe. This gun has a "crown over GL" proof mark on the underside of the barrel tubes. Indicating Belgium origin.
Nice example of early, hi grade American shotgun production. Everything functions as it should. Very Small dents on the underside of right barrel. Will not effect shooting with black powder or reduced loads as this gun was intended for.
