Offered for sale is one (1) German Model 1934 Flare Pistol by Erma-Werke, Erfurt. The code stamp on this example is "ayf 42", 42 being the year of manufacture. The Model 1934 is made of Aluminum with steel internal parts. Surface is anodized black with this example retaining about 94-95% coverage. Bore is excellent. The barrel is tipped open by an unlocking lever just below the trigger guard. This Erma-Werke "ayf 42", has frame and barrel matching serial #7313h. #7313h example has the following features present: Wide spur hammer, grooves on the ejector cam (the release lever), housing for the locking lever spring, no cocking indicator, and the lanyard ring carrier is spherical.
