Winchester First Model Rifle.
Please note: the trigger needs work! The gun is functional, but the trigger must be pushed forward for the hammer to stay back when the lever is worked. I believe it has something to do with the set-trigger bypass part or the sear needs work.
I'm not an expert so hopefully you know more then I do.
Early four digit serial number and Lettered confirming set-trigger and octagon barrel.
All parts are early first model parts as you can see in the pics.
Letter included along with a copy of the George Stone Book on Winchester 1873’s.
