Rare Third model Winchester 1890 half nickel mfg.1915 serial # 551915 rare .22 WRF. The frame, trigger guard and butt plate were professionally refinished in nickel and the bluing on the barrel was also redone. Someone went to great expense to have this done.Winchester Markings and numbering are real sharp. Stock and forearm look very good. Action is smooth and safety is also functional on half-cock. A beautiful looking rifle with a rare WFR caliber and finish. You won't find another like it. This would make a great display and collector's piece. Priced right to sell. As is, no return.
