A SMITH & WESSON NO. 1 ½ THIRD ISSUE .32 S&W CAL. SINGLE ACTION REVOLVER CIRCA LATE 1870’S-1880’s. 3 3/8” barrel. Last patent date stamped on top strap REISSUE “JUL. 25, 1871”. With a lack of 1875 amd 1877 patent dates. SN 20851, All original and working well, nickle finish loss along the barrel length and about 60& loss on the cylinder....8 Excellent factory hard rubber grips. Perfect working order and a clean bore, strong rifling, and patches of surface corrosion. Caliber is .32 S&W short black powder. Antique but not shipped to New York City, Chicago, L.A. and other dubious locations at my descretion.When buying a gun always have it examined by a competent gunsmith before shooting.
