Please consider this pre '64 Winchester .338 rifle. So much custom work. Riflesmith G. C. Durham made this piece in 1990. A 1949 winchester action was beautifully refinished in matte blue. A 24" stainless barrel with additional muzzle brake was added and then placed in a fully bedded, then barrel relieved custom fiberglass stock like they built by hand in the 90's. Nice custom paint too on stock. Decelerator pad. Fitting is outstanding and should be for a custom rifle like this. Nice light rifle for such a stout caliber. See photos for description. Scope will be sold in another time. Scope not included. 30mm rings fitted for this rifle are included.
