Description:
The Model 38 M&P was introduced in 1899. Caliber is 38 S&W Special. This one is a Model of 1905 Fourth Change. It was produced until 1942. On June 2,1922 it shipped from the factory to Hibbard, Spencer, Barlett & Co. It shipped with a five-inch barrel, blue finish, and checkered walnut non-medallion square butt grips. The grips on the revolver are the originals and numbers do match. Fit is perfect. Condition is excellent. There are no cracks or chips and the checkering is very crisp. The original blue rates 99%+++. This is a nice one. Markings are original. All numbers are correct. The box is excellent. There are several sets of numbers on the box. Label is correct for this revolver. This is a super nice 38 M&P. You can hunt for a long time and not find another in this condition. It is good enough to fit into any collection.
