Description:
Guns Listing ID: 405060

This Nagoya Arsenal Type 14 (Nambu) is a semi-automatic handgun with a recoil-spring action and chambered in 8mmx22. These pistols were produced in 1925 and used by non-commissioned officers in the Japanese Army. By the mid-1940s and at the onset of his gun-making career, William B. Ruger duplicated the Type 14 in his garage, with the design later incorporated into the Ruger Standard and Mark series.

This handgun has a broken firing pin (a common issue that the Nambu has because General MacArthur ordered that the firing pins be broken after there were some negligent discharges with G.I.s who were taking them home as souvenirs.) This handgun includes a Japanese leather holster and one 8-round magazine.
