Description:
I bought this gun as my main trap league gun back in the late 1980’s. My gun club was only 3 miles away at the time. Shortly thereafter, the property was sold and developed, forcing the club to move 45 miles away. As a result, I shot very little trap after that, and my gun became a “safe queen”.
Break action over under shotgun, Includes, Front white bead and mid bead sights, Vented high rib, spaced barrels, dog scene engraved receiver, Blued receiver, Select fire tang safety, Single triggers and ejectors, Mechanical triggers, Checkered wooden high gloss pistol grip stock and forend made from high-grade American walnut flame grain crotch wood, Checkered hard plastic grip cap and original soft Remington recoil pad, Barrel length, 30" chambered for 2-3/4" with Full and Improved Mod choke bores. SN: OU.21541. Condition: Excellent, Great mirror bores and strong action, Barrels lock up tight to receiver. All metal retains good original blue, Stock and forend are solid free of cracks and breaks, and pistol grip has a hard plastic cap. Shotgun shows signs of little use and few light handling marks overall. The only marks on the barrels are from where the forend rubs. I am including a letter from Remington answering my questions about the gun.
