Description:
This very nice Winchester Model 71 was produced in 1947 according to Winchester. The nickle job is aftermarket but was professionally done as the "Winchester" trademark and other stampings have crisp edges that can be felt with a fingernail. The stock has been refinished and the buttpad has regrettably been replaced with an aftermarket pad, but still a rather nice piece of history. .348 Winchester
