This NON- FIRING collectors gun in FULL BRIGHT NICKEL PLATING is a copy of the "1873 .45 Long Colt" with a 4 3/4 inch barrel. The likes of Doc Holiday, Diamond Jim Bokay and other well known names of the Old West sported such nickel plated Colts. This heavy metal alloy copy weighs 2.15 lbs, about the same as the old originals. The dimensions are exact. The weight gives this copy the feel of the real deal and is perfect for practicing your draw and fancy spinning. This copy is finished in a STUNNING BRIGHT NICKEL every bit as shinny bright as any original pistola I have ever seen. A special feature is the Black checked grips with the American Eagle. SHINNY JEWELRY like this was often seen hanging from the waist of SHOOTIST and a LAWDOGS. The hammer can be move to half cock allowing cylinder to turn, you can then open the loading gate as if to load the chambers. Close the gate, bring the hammer to full cock, pull the trigger and the hammer falls. All props are not included in this sale.
