This revolver rates in Excellent to perfect condition .
Ulysses S. Grant Commemorative. Colt Model 1851 Navy percussion revolver with 36 cal. 7½" octagon barrel, hinged loading lever, six shot cylinder with roll engraved naval battle scene - "C" Series Royal Blue barrel, wedge, cylinder, trigger and screws - case hardened frame, loading lever and hammer - silver plated brass backstrap and square back trigger guard - one piece varnished walnut grip
It has the unique "0" cipher under the loading lever. Colt put the cipher in the first run 1851 Navy pistols to mark the transition from the 1st generation. This gun is UNFIRED but it has been my experiance that the Grants make the best shooters, SHIPPED FREE . NO FFL NEEDED .36 CAl...7.5" Octagon barrel. Bright silver backstrap and trigger guard
