Description:
For sale - All orignal pre- war 1938 code 147 (JP Sauer) . Every major part on this rifle is serialzed to the rifle. In all 17 parts have the whole serial # 6160 with the remainder of the parts serialized with the last half of the serial number #60 for a total of 23 serialized parts. All waffen stamps are correct and present through out rifle of 214 and 359. This K98K is a rare find into days market with rifles being marketed as all matching that don't come close to this K98K. The orignal finish is superb with over 90% of orignal bluing which has a deep warm appealing patina. The bore is bright and the landings are strong and this rifle functions perfectly. Its accuracy is fantastic. The stock is also top notch with very clean contures and excellent condition. The cartouches are crisp on the stock as well. Close as you can get to military new.
