The gun's steel frame is machined on computer-driven machines to unequaled tolerances to work flawlessly with the gun's match grade barrel, barrel bushings, chamber and trigger. The Custom II's steel slide and match grade steel 5' barrel and bushing work smoothly to deliver Kimber accuracy shot after shot. Fixed low profile sights are set in machined dovetails for strength and feature rounded edges to avoid snags. Black synthetic grips provide a sure handle in all conditions and match the Custom II's matte black finish. Kimber Firing Pin Safety™ and lowered, flared ejection ports. Beavertail grip safety encourages proper grip position. Beveled magazine well for quick and positive loading. Ergonomic grip for natural pointability. .45 ACP
