Description:
**SOLD**US Winchester-made Pattern 1914 (P14) Enfield .303 British rifle, manufactured as a "DP" or Drill Purpose model. The barrel of this rifle has been plugged from the factory, via a cross-bolt in the chamber. As the name implies, it is a non-firing rifle that would have been used for military drill and training purposes. The rifle is otherwise a standard P14 Enfield, and shows some signs of finish wear and general age. The bolt and trigger mechanisms function as they should.
