FINE CONDITION BISLEY WITH SCARCE AND DESIRABLE 7 1/2" BARREL, .32-20 CALIBER, #248XXX, MADE 1903. Nice example with fine blue on the barrel that shows only normal holster on the outside of the ejector housing and some gray streaking on the left side of the barrel with the balance showing some light scratching, but mainly deep high polish blue. There is good blue on the trigger guard with some thinning on the edges and graying on the front strap. Fine blue on the butt and dulling blue on the back strap with bright blue around the hammer etc. The cylinder shows fine blue with edge wear. Mottled gray/brown receiver with some very light case colors toward the forward section. Front sight has not been altered. All excellent markings and excellent screws that still show fine blue. Tight action with four clicks and excellent bore. Grips are generally excellent and fit perfectly. Matching numbers. Interestingly, the left panel on the bottom is scratched with the initials "T O H" and inside the right panel is scratched "1906" over "7-4" over "HENDERSON." Overall, lots of finish and appeal in this 119 year old Bisley!
