Description:
This is in good shape and has all it's parts ready for service in the field, original pickelhabue, with period chins strap , original cockades, most of the liner , but two tongues, the arsenal initials DUR, XVlll. At the beginning of the war these were used in the field originally the thought was the spike diverted sword blows, since warfare had changed ,steel helmet were issued to protect the head, and these were sent back to the arsenals. This one has all the parts and is not stripped down. 859-533-5445
