Description:
An over and under, screw barrel, box bock flint pistol. It is not maker marked, or proofed. The walnut grip is checkered, high relief carved, down the back edge, and inlaid with silver wire. The frame and trigger guard are sparsely engraved. Caliber: Approx. .37
Overall Length: 8.30" Barrel Lengths: 3.16"
Condition: Iron parts have been cleaned to bright, with light scattered pitting – Upper barrel has a .50" long crack at the breech, probably from over tightening – One missing screw in the lower frame – Grip shows much wear, light bruising and small losses at the frame, and some missing wire inlay – Action does not function, and is missing the frizzen spring
