For your consideration is a Ruger Old Army, in excellent condition. This item will ship to an FFL as it is readily convertible to center-fire. Several companies offer conversion 44 magnum cylinders at a reasonable price online.
I am a small volume FFL dealer and therefore do not accept credit cards. I do accept USPS money order, certified check, PayPal, or Venmo. If you are local to me here in NC, you can arrange to pick this up in person and pay cash.
