Description:
For sale is a very nice condition Yugo Mauser in 8x57 Mauser (7.9mm). This rifle has a bright almnost looks new bore. I am a certified gunsmith and have checked the chamber to ensure it is still within SAMI specification. It will make a great shooter. Nice smooth action. It has a very nice crisp crest of the yugoslavian coat of arms. It has 90+ of its bluing still intact. It has matching serial numbers although the floorplate has one number striked out. The stock on this late M48 was made to be a replica of the K98 Model Mauser as noted by the wrap around rear butt plate. Thisis one of the best condition Yugo's that I have seen. This particular model was manufactured around 1947 and was one of the last runs of yugo's.
