Guns Listing ID: 416320 Remington Military Rolling Block Rifle Tang Dated Oct 22nd 1901 30” barrel, bore is a bit dark but lands and grooves are pretty strong and this would certainly clean up to a better bore condition, as I have not touched it. Chambered for the 7mm south American military cartridge and has the correct rotary style extractor for rimless cases. All complete and correct except missing one buttplate screw. No crest or other markings of significance. Cool leather sling appears period to the rifle but is unmarked. Action is mechanically perfect. All metal is an even brown patina. This is a beautiful example of this later, shorter rifle. Please look at the photos as they are part of the description and ask any and all questions before .
