Pistol has a custom trigger job for a nice 3 3/4lb pull.
The Peter Stahl competition .45 top is a custom made top by Peter Stahl imported from Germany. These tops are some of the most accurate competition tops made. It’s a double extractor top machined to high specs. Frame is nickel plated for a nice two tone, all other parts are a polished blue. The Stahl top is a sanded blued finish. Safety and slide releases stamped R.Zeuner and Waffen Oschatz. The case has been decorated with pins and other accessories. Imported straight from Germany. See all photos. First tuned Colt pistol from Waffen-Oschatz S.F.Hübner found the company Waffen-Oschatz (founded in 1964) and so already in 1970 the first 1911 pistols were converted "combat-like" with his participation and with the professional skills of F.Oschatz. The more the practical combat shooting then became a pure competitive shooting, the more the competitors needed "tuned" weapons to get a chance to win at all.
