Description:
A very rare 1880's Heiser made rifle or carbine scabbard for Browning Co. The scabbard has a very cear BROWNING BROS OGDEN UTAH trade mark cartouche. The unique rivit design is known to be "Heiser".. Eproximatly 32" long.  In very good usable condition, as seen in the pics, complete with what looks like an original strap or at least a period strap). The stitching is original. Looks like a gun barrel wore a small hole through the scabbard tip. A very rare Western era scabbard that will make a awesome assecory for a Wincheter Carbine or"Trapper", Browning, Marlin or any other lever western era rifle or Carbine. Offers welcome.
