Description:
This Springfield Armory U.S. Model 1903 (A1 National Match) is a right hand bolt action U.S. Military rifle in .30-06 Sprg. Cal. It has a 24 inch barrel. A blade front sight and a flip up rear sight adjustable graduated to 2,700 yards. The butt stock is a smooth grip hardwood pistol grip. The forearm is a smooth grip two piece hardwood with a barrel band. Serial Number 1369506 is on the receiver, engraved on the bolt and under the butt stock. The barrel is stamped S-A, flaming bomb and 4-31. D.A.L. is stamped on the left stock below the bolt rear. P in a circle is stamped in front of the pistol grip. It comes with a muzzle protector cap and cleaning kit in a metal tube. A Springfield Research letter is provided that states it was sold to Harold D. Dickerson 12/14/1933. .30-06 Springfield
