Description:
This is a Styer Model 1952 chambered in 308. It has a butter smooth action. The double set trigger releases at a crisp 6 to 8oz when set. It comes fitted with a Hensoldt Wetzlar DIASTA-D 4x32 Scope and if permanently fitted with a claw mounted tip off scope system. It has a post and beam style reticle. Under the scope claw mounts the blueing has been worn and also on the sides of the bases. The bluing has some light freckling on the trigger guard and on the sling swivels. The Stock has been expertly repaired where it had been cracked at the wrist please reference the photoes to see the repair. There is what looks to be some spotting from moisture on the rear of the stock towards the buttplate. The bore is bright and shinny. This rifle has been test fired and functions perfectly. I have no way to check to see if the scope is still sealed. I have not noticed any signs that it is not.
