This is the earliest version of the M4 Carbine. PROPERTY OF US GOVT. marked. The lower reciever is marked BURST , but it is SEMI AUTO ONLY. ....it retains the early light weight " pencil " barrel ( unless you are going to use a grenade launcher, you don't need to carry around the heavy barrel...do you ? ) Colt flat top upper with a 16" COLT barrel and a 1/7 twist to handle any weight bullet in .223 or 5.56 mm. The rifle is in near 100% condition. SEMI AUTO ONLY. Asking $2200 ( compare at $2700 )
