Mossberg Model 35 Target Grade - Bolt Action Single Shot - .22 LR Rifle - Large walnut pistol grip style stock with cheek plate and semi beavertail forarm. 1.25 in. sling swivel with leather carrying strap. Barrel is 26 in. long x 13/16 dia. Bore is clean and bright . Barrel and receiver are retaining approx. 75 - 80% bluing. Wgt. 8.25 lbs. Metal butt plate is in great condition. No 4 micro -meter rear peep sight and a Lyman model 17 global front sight. Adjustable trigger spring. Stock has a few minor handling marks. Overall condition is very good . This was Mossberg's initial Traget Grade rifle manufactured from 1935 to 1937 . Many variations have been developed over the years from this initial design. Definitely collector worthy. SALE PENDING.
