A very high quality US Model 1841 US 12 Pound Mountain Howitzer likely dating from the 1960s - 1970s. Has markings on trunnions muzzle as pictured in the photos. Very high quality handcrafted carriage to specs showing nice even age throughout. Tuble has a wonderful patinia and from 5 ft you would think this is a period piece. This was being used as a shooter for many years and likely will still perform as intended for reenactments or would make a stunning display. Located outside of Charlotte NC.
