We offer you a “PRISTINE” Colt .22 Single Action Peacemaker 4 3/8” Blued – Case Colored Revolver made in 1976.
This 46 year old Colt Peacemaker single action revolver is in pristine condition. There are no signs of use as you can see in the pictures. These were built on approximately 7/8 scale from the Single Action Army revolvers. Its round top frame is similar in style and the front sight is a rounded blade. The grips are black plastic in the traditional Colt "American Eagle" pattern and in excellent condition. They are original factory grips with the “Colt” marking on the inside. It features a color case hardened steel frame with very nice colors as shown. The barrel, cylinder, and ejector rod housing are blued steel. It wears the desirable 4 3/8” barrel that has an excellent bore with no issues. The Peacemaker .22 is a slightly miniature version of the regular Single Action Army.
The top of the barrel is marked “COLT'S PT. F.A. MFG. Co. HARTFORD CT. U.S.A.”. The left side of the barrel is marked “PEACEMAKER .22”. The left side of the frame is marked “PAT. SEPT. 19. 1871 / JULY 2. 72, JAN. 19. 75” with the Rampant Colt Logo. The underside of the frame is marked “G186802” with the cylinder being marked ".22 L.R." three times around the outside. The left of the trigger guard has the "VP" in triangle verified proof and "8". The butt of the grip frame has decorative engraving. The manual was with the gun but no box was found. Overall this Colt is in “like New” condition and will make an excellent addition to any collection. Please note the "White" in the markings is grease pencil. It can be removed with a rag, gun oil and some elbow grease.
