Here's a Savage model 99 in .303 Savage caliber
The 99 is considered by many to be the finest lever action rifle ever built by anyone.
Some say the finest rifle ever built , period!
Many of these fine rifles are over 100 years old and are in service ,looking great and performing as the day they were built!
This 99 is one of those . It is great looking and is perfect mechanically. We looked inside this gun for whatever, dirt, rust, corrosion, etc.
We found nothing , not one issue. Almost no sign of being used I don't think this gun has spent much time in the field.
