Description:
Savage 1899 takedown in 303 Savage made 1901. It has a 26 inch round barrel with good bore. The engraving is the D style Tiger and Buffalo in excellent condition. You can still see some of the gold plating on the screws.The wood was professionally restored, buttstock replace as original, chectering recut I do have the original buttstock. This is a early gun with serial number 25xxx. This is a very rare factory engraved rifle. I am not a dealer so please make sure your dealer will accept a copy of my driver's license. Shipping to the lower 48 is $100.
