Description:
This is a Colt SAA chambered in 44-40 Considered a late 3rd generation manufactured from 1994-1998 (This one was manufactured in 1998). These have the original style removable/replaceable cylinder bushing. Unlike the earlier 3rd generation models manufactured from 1976 to 1982. It has a bright nickle finish and operates as it should. It locks up tight and indexes properly. It has a mirror finish bore with nice crisp cut rifling. This pistol balances very nicely. The finish has some light scratches towards the front of the cylinder from cleaning and at the end of the barrel on the right hand side it has a very light ding. this does not affect the crown or functionality in any way I just want to make sure it is noted.
