Description:
Very fine 20ga Eagle grade with 28" barrels. Made with splinter forend, Hunter one SST, auto ejectors and auto safety. Receiver is finely engraved in early Eagle Grade pattern with relief eagle on top. This gun, with straight English grip was once a presentation gun as their is evidence of a plaque that was removed from the right side of the stock as seen in the photos- if only we knew the history! Gun does have its original buttplate.
Overall, the gun remains in exceptional condition as expertly restored retaining nearly all restored finishes to both wood and metal surfaces. The quality of the restoration is quite good and engraving has not been recut or lost in any way. Mechanics are crisp and the bores are bright and shiny.
