Description:
Offering a very nice condition S&W US Navy issued revolver, made in 1943.
The US Navy ordered 65,000 Victory revolvers directly from the S&W factory during WWII. Most of these revolvers only have the “U.S. Navy” stamped on the top frame strap and no P or flaming bomb proof marks. Matching Victory Model serial numbers under the barrel, cylinder and grip. Factory assembly number on crane and cylinder arm. Case hardening colors still vivid on hammer and trigger. Very good parkerized finish, barrel bore is in excellent condition. All screw heads are sharp, showing no damage by removal.
