Description:
A very clean, strong Asm early import with Italian proof marks, and the under barrel ASM marking. The 7 1/2" long octagonal barrel has a clean rifled bore. This is an iton frame model..lock-up is solid and indexes good also.The brass has some age patina as this is an older gun maybe from the 1960's to 1970's. The exterior metal has about 100% factory blue.Bore still has bluing and is shiny, clen with strong rifling.Has the Colt 1851 roll-die cylinder scene, and the grips are clean Italian walnut with about ne wear. A faithful copy of the Colt 1851 in .44 caliber.Nipples look like new, don't think that fine gun was fired! When buying a gun always have it examined by a competent gunsmith before shooting.
