Description:
This is a very nice Colt 1860 Army 44 percussion revolver with matching serial numbers and made in 1863. It retains 65% original blue finish and 40% original case colors. This is serial number 145658 and has crisp markings with over 80% cylinder scene. The mechanical function is very good crisp and tight and the bore is very good. This is a civilian revolver that was made at the height of the Civil War and could have very well been a private purchase for anyone who could afford the price. Overall this is a very nice Colt 60 Army revolver.
