Rare Factory Original 1894 Winchester Short Rifle. 20" round barrel and full magazine retain 65 to 70% of their original blue. 30 WCF with a nice bore that I will rate an 8 on a scale from 1 to 10. All markings are nice and sharp. Rifle has the short forend and correct rear sight dovetail to front of receiver dimension. Action functions nicely and receiver retains about 10% of its original finish with the remainder a nice brown / gray patina. Manufactured in 1920. Both forend and buttstock are in good condition showing normal handling marks that you would expect to see from a rifle of this age. Correct sights and crescent style buttplate. All in all a great above average Real Factory Original 1894 Winchester Short Rifle. Must ship to a FFL or Curio and Relics license holder. Please feel free to ask questions. This firearm as with any other should be checked first by a gunsmith before any attempt is made to fire / operate it.
