Description:
*** SOLD *** Handsome Remington 3200 Trap 1 of 1,000 limited edition 12 gauge shotgun with 30” stepped rib barrels. Single selective trigger. Weighs 9lb even. Very good bluing and very highly figured walnut stock and forearm. The updates have been performed. Excellent mechanical condition. *** The 30” barrels are chambered for 2-3/4” shotshells and are marked for IM/F chokes. They are topped with a raised ventilated file cut rib with a silver middle bead and a white front bead. The bores are shiny and bright and the bluing is in very good with a couple of scratches on the lower barrel near the muzzle. The lower barrel is bored 0.729 with a constriction of 0.030 for Improved Modified choke. The upper barrel is also bored 0.729 and has a constriction of 0.035 for Full choke. *** The pistol grip stock and beavertail forearm are made of very heavily figured walnut and have a beautiful matte finish that enhances the figure of the wood. The pistol grip has a wooden cap with a gold oval. The finish is in very good condition with just a few handling marks from normal usage. Checkering is crisp. The stock dimensions are 14-1/4” including a 7/8” brown recoil pad by 1-1/2” by 1-5/8”. Neutral case accommodated both right and lefthanded shooters. *** These 1 of 1,000 Remington 3200’s are very special guns and, of course, are not being made any more. This is a rare opportunity to own one and this one has particularly highly figured wood. Great handling and a joy to shoot.
