Description:
Colt SAA Intermediate Black Powder Revolver 1st Generation in .44-40. SN #115920. Mfg. in 1885. 7 1/2" Barrel with an EXCELLENT Bore for it's age. Mostly bright with GREAT RIFLING and scattered light pitting. The Metal is in VERY GOOD condition for it's age with GOOD PATINA and NO Deep Pitting. The Stag Grips are an EXCELLENT fit and are in GREAT condition. They were added some time ago as the have an $8.50 price written on the inside. This is an EXCELLENT example of a Colt SAA Intermediate Black Powder Revolver in EXCELLENT Mechanical Condition. Action and Timings are VERY CRISP and TIGHT. Patent dates are CRISP and CLEAN, address line is light but completely legible. Screws are in Great shape, no burrs or mangled slots. As an ANTIQUE, No FFL is required to purchase.
