The "SPACE GUN" produced in a short period between 1956 and 1958. (This is NOT the latest model. This is the old ORIGINAL MODEL!)
There were only 13,371 of these pistols produced. The Wolverine is an advanced " space aged" light aluminum , semi-automatic, .22 LR caliber pistol created in 1956. It was engineered by Robert Hillburg who learned about aluminum casting during WWII while working with aircraft guns and later became a research engineer for High Standard Manufacturing Company.

This Wolverine is in excellent condition showing only minimal handling from being taken in/out of box for show.
This pistol comes with one magazine and in the original plastic wrap and the original box. (Box is in good shape for 66 years old). There is also the original manual.
