Winchester Model 1866 lever action rifle manufactured in 1869. This is an early Model 1866 that has side plates that are somewhat off color. This is common for 1866s in the 20,000 serial number range. They were manufactured out of different compounds of brass. This rifle has matching serial numbers and original sights. This rifle has a very good bore and the action works very well.
