Description: Known widely as the 1934 Remington Salesman’s portfolio - this extraordinary piece of marketing material was created by Remington in 1934 for all of their salesman to use while traveling to local sporting goods retailers to show both the Parker and Remington line up. It is 20 inches wide by 7 inches high and has a total of 92 pages in the 4 ring binder. Also included is a 1936 sales letter from Remington salesman George Stickney which is seen in the photos. This example came to me from an advanced collector along with a Larry Baer 1895 showroom catalog repro which I will also be listing. Overall this catalog is in excellent original condition and is probably the nicest example I have owned. The cover is in excellent shape with good color and does show some fading. All pages are present. The snaps are in good shape. Overall it is in excellent all original condition. This rare piece of Parker/Remington paper is priced at $4495 plus shipping. It makes a great gun room accessory and displays really well. These are very rare and I’ve owned all three of the examples I have seen.
